Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and kkbf ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kkbf website, games, sports betting services, and all associated features accessible at kkbf.vu and its related sub-domains.

By accessing, registering on, or using the kkbf platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kkbf platform and close your account. These Terms should be read together with kkbf's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkbf.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the kkbf platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkbf reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including kkbf, at the time of registration or at any point during your active use of the account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of kkbf or any of its technology or game-supply partners.

kkbf reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

kkbf accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though kkbf reserves the right to apply transaction limits where fraud prevention or responsible gaming measures require it.
• kkbf does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. The full amount deposited will be credited to your account balance. Mobile wallet transaction fees, if any, are levied by the wallet provider and are outside kkbf's control.
• Deposits made using bKash or Nagad are ordinarily credited to your account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
• Deposits shall only be used for wagering purposes on the kkbf platform. Depositing funds without genuine intent to wager, for the purpose of exploiting bonus terms or for any other fraudulent purpose, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. kkbf does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kkbf does not charge a platform-side fee on withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours.
• kkbf reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only funds cleared through the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn as cash. Bonus balances remaining after an account closure request will be forfeited.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the kkbf platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. By participating in any game on the platform, you accept the applicable game rules and the published house edge for that game. kkbf makes no guarantee of winnings in any game.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, kkbf's server-side game logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome. kkbf will endeavour to resolve any dispute arising from a technical fault fairly and promptly.
• kkbf reserves the right to void a game round or sporting bet where a clear error in odds, game configuration, or payout calculation is identified, even if the error was not detected at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Players are not permitted to use any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools that interact with the kkbf platform in a manner not intended for human players. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• All sports betting markets, odds and outcomes are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, sport and event type. kkbf reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) and to void bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under the applicable sport's governing rules.

Any winnings found to have been generated through exploitation of a software bug, glitch, or any unintended game behaviour are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account. Players who discover a bug or error are obliged to report it to kkbf support promptly rather than exploiting it.

Account Suspension and Termination

kkbf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or operational decisions. Where an account is closed for cause, kkbf will communicate the reason to the extent permitted by law.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account will be temporarily restricted. During this period, no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed. kkbf will aim to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player.
• Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting kkbf support. Upon account closure by player request, any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Self-exclusion is treated as a form of account restriction. A player who has self-excluded may not re-register or open a new account during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion constitute a breach of these Terms.

Any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a zero balance will be considered dormant and may be closed without further notice. Accounts with a positive balance that become inactive will be contacted by kkbf support before any action is taken.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkbf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, game errors, or third-party payment processing delays. kkbf's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kkbf's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or fraud. kkbf does not guarantee that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; kkbf will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Amendments to These Terms

kkbf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kkbf will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The effective date of any amendment will be stated in the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the kkbf platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact kkbf support to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
